According to Dr. Hulda Clark, L-ornithine can help with sleep disorders, especially if you are burdened by parasites. These often produce ammonia, which is a burden on the liver. L-Ornithine "absorbs" the ammonia and thus relieves the liver.
L-Ornithine is best taken at bedtime to support the natural release of human growth hormone, which usually occurs 30 minutes after falling asleep.
